Liz Kennedy

Talent Acquisition Manager

Liz joined the Dignus Team in September 2025 as Talent Acquisition Manager. She has extensive experience in talent acquisition and resourcing management across the healthcare, retail, and global recruitment sectors.

Liz's role as Talent Acquisition Manager consists of leading recruitment strategies across the organisation, supporting managers with all aspects of recruitment, and ensuring candidates receive a positive experience throughout the hiring process. She is passionate about building strong relationships, improving recruitment practices, and helping position Dignus Group as an employer of choice.

In her free time, Liz enjoys country walks with her energetic cocker spaniel and keeping active at the gym.

Owen Brookes

New Talent Specialist

Owen joined Dignus in May 2022 and brings over eight years of recruitment experience, with a strong background in both the construction and healthcare sectors.

As a New Talent Specialist, Owen manages the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with managers to understand their staffing needs and identify skilled, talented individuals for roles across our services and central office. He is passionate about creating a positive, transparent, and supportive candidate experience, ensuring every applicant feels informed and valued throughout the recruitment journey.

Outside of work, Owen enjoys travelling and trying new adventures whenever he can.
