Support Workers
We recruit support workers with a genuine passion for delivering support to individuals with complex, challenging needs, and who really want to make a difference to the people we support's lives.
Our support workers work within our individual services, encouraging and supporting the people we support with all their daily living needs in line with their individual care plan.
Physical tasks include assessing the people we support's needs, completing daily records, and taking on some key domestic duties that ensure a warm and welcoming home environment is maintained.
In addition to the physical elements of our support worker positions, what is key is the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with the people we support, providing support not just practically but also emotionally.
Team Leaders
Our team leaders play a key role within our care teams, motivating our support staff and providing direct support to the people we support.
We know a good team leader gets the best out of their team, so we look for individuals who can share information and ideas, collaborate on tasks and really motivate their team to perform to the best of their abilities.
For our team leader roles, we look for the passion and drive to make a difference to our services, along with the leadership skills to get the best from a support team.

Deputy managers are involved in producing staff rotas, approving and tracking annual leave and ensuring that the service is always adequately staffed. They also ensure that all regulatory and contractual standards are met and exceeded.
Registered Managers
Our registered managers are fundamental in the delivery of safe and quality care to the people we support. They oversee every element of our care service, ensuring that our person-centred vision is brought to life within our care services.
The registered manager role is divided into four areas of responsibility: running the service, actively supporting the people we support, administration and financial management, and training and development.
For our registered manager roles, we look for individuals who can demonstrate excellent leadership as well as being dynamic, energised and resilient. We also require previous experience in managing residential services for individuals with complex and diverse needs.
